Happy Talk Song & Sign
Music, movement, and early signing for babies & toddlers
Our flagship program brings together songs, American Sign Language, and sensory play to support language development in the most joyful way possible. Led by a pediatric SLP, every class gives caregivers tools they can use every single day.
Tinies — Ages 5–24 Months

Hi, I’m Hope!
Hope James, MS, CCC-SLP — Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
I’ve spent my career working with young children, and the thing I keep coming back to is this: the most powerful language learning doesn’t happen in a therapy room. It happens at the breakfast table. In the bath. On the drive to daycare. In the ordinary moments you’re already having with your child.
While working as a public school SLP, I served families through Early Steps — Louisiana’s early intervention program for children birth to three. That work shaped everything about how I think about early language development and family-centered care.
I’m bringing Happy Talk Song & Sign to Lafayette because I believe every family deserves access to the tools that make those moments count — and because honestly, it’s just really fun. Songs, signs, giggles, and a room full of parents who get it.
